Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Mobile Detail Guy, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services. Every vehicle is serviced with care, and we aim to exceed expectations. Due to the nature of detailing services, the following policy applies:
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All detailing services are non-refundable once completed. Detailing is a labour-intensive service, and results can vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, paint quality, and prior damage.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us before leaving the premises (or within 24 hours for mobile services). We will gladly inspect the concern and offer a reasonable rectification at our discretion.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe will void any claim.
3. Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing scratches, swirl marks, dents, stains, fading, or paint defects

Damage caused by rust, stone chips, or prior poor repairs

Mechanical or electrical issues

Worsening of previously damaged areas during cleaning
Any pre-existing damage observed may be documented prior to service.
4. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking.

Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
5. Environmental & External Factors
We are not responsible for contamination, dust, rain spotting, or environmental exposure that occurs after the vehicle has been returned.
6. Service Limitations
Some stains, odours, scratches, or defects may be permanently embedded or beyond safe correction. We will always aim for the best possible improvement but cannot guarantee 100% removal in all cases.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute!
